Refund & Return Policy


Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Order Inspection on Delivery

You are allowed to open and inspect your package before receiving it. If you choose not to accept the order at delivery, simply return it to the courier. An 80 EGP delivery fee applies and must be paid directly to the courier.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • You may exchange sizes or products.
  • Exchanges require a 100 EGP courier fee.
  • Price difference in the exchange order has to be higher than or the same as your initial purchase.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • A 100 EGP courier fee is paid at delivery when the item is picked up.
  • Once the returned item reaches our warehouse and is verified, the refund will be processed.
  • Refunds for card payments are returned to the same card. COD orders can be refunded via InstaPay, cash accounts, or store credit as approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. In such cases, shipping fees may be waived.

Important Notes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
  • Returns and exchanges are only processed if the order falls within the valid return/exchange period.
  • Exchanges may require payment of courier fees and any price differences.
  • Refunds are issued only after the returned order is received and verified at our warehouse.
